The 62nd IAEA General Conference highlighted the benefits of collaboration between IAEA, universities, industry, national laboratories and government institutes, and the role that international and national human resource and knowledge development (HRKD) networks play in facilitating this collaboration.The webinar aims to promote national HRKD networks to Member States by providing information about their concept, possible structure and management as well as the process of their establishment.During the webinar, international experts who are currently operating national HRKD networks will present their activities, experiences and lessons learned through their establishment and operation.?The aims of the webinar are defined as:? Recognize the importance of national HRKD networks;? Understand their structure and management;? Learn from the experiences in Member States where the networks are in operation;? Develop plans for possible establishment of a network.
