The International Physical Protection Advisory Service (IPPAS), which was offered for the first time by the IAEA in 1996, provides peer advice on implementing international instruments and IAEA guidance on the protection of nuclear and other radioactive material, and on associated facilities and activities.

This event will commemorate the significant milestone of 100 IPPAS missions. The 100th IPPAS mission is expected to be conducted by the end of the 2023.

This event will be held on Tuesday, 26 September 2023, from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. in Conference Room M5, M Building, ground floor.
