IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi is continuing consultations with Tehran regarding the technical understanding between the Agency and Iran. His planned press conference is now expected to take place on Monday morning. The exact time will be communicated later.

The IAEA can provide video footage and photos from the press conference upon request.

Accreditation:

Annual VIC accreditations are currently not valid.

Journalists interested in participating in person at the press conference must register with the Press Office no later than 9:00 am on Monday. Please email press@iaea.org. Journalists who registered for Sunday will be accredited automatically.

All physical participants must follow Austrian health guidelines, including 2-meter social distancing and the use of FFP2 face masks at all times.

Access to the VIC for journalists is currently only possible through Gate 1, and enhanced security measures may cause delays to enter the premises. One-day badges will be provided at the reception desk upon presentation of a photo-ID. Please plan accordingly.

Press Working Area:

The Press Room on the M-building's ground floor will be available as a press working area. Media will be requested to complete a contact tracing form in the press working area.
