InTouch, a powerful  interactive online communication platform for the IAEA technical cooperation community, is now operational. At this stage, InTouch allows registered users to complete and maintain their professional profile online, and to apply for a fellowship, scientific visit, training course or meeting, or for expert/lecturer assignments. InTouch also maintains an online history of the participation of registered users in the TC programme. In addition, InTouch provides a search engine linked to TC's database of resource institutions offering training and expertise, and also offers programme information and guidelines.
