The purpose of the event is to provide young nuclear professionals with specialized education and training on the development and implementation of knowledge management programmes in nuclear organizations.

Objectives

• ?Raise participants’ awareness of knowledge as a key safety and economic asset in the nuclear sector, including implementing an integrated approach to NKM in their organizations;
• Review various dimensions of NKM as a key business management tool, including HR, talent and information management;
• Train participants on different knowledge management methodologies and practices;
• Provide participants with an opportunity for networking with managers of NKM programmes worldwide.

Target Participants: Young nuclear professionals from invited Member States involved with managing nuclear knowledge and human resource capability.
