This Advanced China-IAEA Nuclear Energy Management School is organized in Beijing, China by the IAEA in cooperation with the Nuclear Industry College.

Objectives

• Provide decision-makers and senior managers in government departments and nuclear organizations with an international learning experience on the key issues and challenges associated with the peaceful uses of nuclear science and technology;
• Enhance leadership competencies essential to supporting nuclear infrastructure development for countries embarking on or expanding nuclear power programmes;
• Build worldwide networking among participants in the domain of nuclear energy.

Target Participants

Decision-makers and senior managers in government departments and nuclear organizations from countries that plan to develop, or are in the process of embarking on, a nuclear development programme.
