Candidates wishing to apply for this event should follow the steps below:
1. Access the InTouch+ home page using the candidate’s existing Nucleus username and password. If the candidate is not a registered Nucleus user, she/he must create a Nucleus account?before proceeding with the event application process below.
2. On the InTouch + platform, the candidate must:
a. Finalize or update her/his personal details, provide sufficient information to establish the required qualifications regarding education, language skills and work experience (‘Profile’ tab) and upload relevant supporting documents;?and
b. Search for the relevant technical cooperation event (EVT2502306) under the ‘My Eligible Events’ tab, answer the mandatory questions and lastly submit the application to the required authority.
NOTE: Completed applications need to be approved by the relevant national authority, i.e., the National Liaison Office, and submitted to the IAEA through the established official channels by the provided designation deadline.

NOTE: A medical certificate signed by a registered medical practitioner dated not more than four months prior to starting date of the event must be submitted by candidates when applying for a) events with a duration exceeding one month, and/or b) all candidates over the age of 65 regardless of the event duration.

Conference Venue
The conference will be held at?The African Union Conference Center (AUCC), located within the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The AUCC is among the continent’s most advanced venues for high-level meetings. Combining a modern conference center, office complex, and cutting-edge facilities, the AUCC hosts the biannual African Union Summit and serves as a hub for both African and international events throughout the year.
Bole International Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the AUCC. However, during peak traffic hours, participants should allow at least one hour for the journey to or from the airport.

On-Arrival Visa
For participants requiring a visa, the Government of Ethiopia can facilitate the issuance of a visa on arrival for the Forum's participants. To request the visa, please send the below information in a single email?with a subject line “Visa Request Rays of Hope Forum”?by close of business 13 June 2025:
