Description

This is the third webinar in the IAEA Webinar Series on Training and Qualification related to Nuclear Facility Personnel. During this webinar, international experts will highlight the importance of training and qualification in nuclear facilities from different perspectives and discuss if and how training is a solution for performance improvement.

After attending this webinar, participants will be able to:

• Describe how training and other activities are related to performance improvement
• Explain how training needs to be aligned with other aspect of the management system of nuclear facilities.
