This webinar is the sixth in the IAEA Webinar Series on Training and Qualification related to nuclear facility personnel. The main purpose of this event is to support member states in SAT (Systematic Approach to Training) implementation, particularly the use of principles and methods of feeding the talent pipelines through succession planning, knowledge transfer and the cooperation between industry and educational institutions.

After attending the webinar, the participants will be able to:

• Explain the relationship between training and succession planning;
• Describe how knowledge transfer is supported by training;
• Explain the interface between industry and educational institutions.
